Hi everyone!

I publish happily this post for two reasons:
1. Simply re-post a recipe though the picture doesn't have the desired quality.
2. I have already 100 followers.

Lot of people could say that they don't mind not having followers but, who do we want to lie? If we write on a blog is because we hope that someone read and has some sort of impact on others and that is the reason because seeing comments at posts and a growing number of followers, creates a lot of addiction and is very satisfying. So I wanted to say thanks personally.
Thank you!By being there and for reading me!

Let's go with the recipe of today!

This vichyssoise recipe is special because is not done with cream, is done with natural yoghurt. Some time ago I was looking for summer recipes on "massive recipes websites" (I don't remember which one was) I saw this alternative, and I did it on Sunday night for Monday's lunch. Yes, tuper! That's the reason the pictures doesn't have the quality I would have like to, and the tuper is so pretty that looks like    I'm eating a soup, ha ha ha!

Yoghurt vichyssoise

Ingredients (for 1 person):

- 1 small potatoe
- 1 leek
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 1/4 l of vegetables soup

Preparing:

- First of all, with a little bit of oil in the pot we fry for the potatoe pealed and cut into pieces and the leek. After a few minutes before the vegetables are burned we pour water into the pot to cook them.

-When the potatoe and the leek are cooked, drain them and put them where the mixture is going to be beated. Add the vegetables soup and the natural yoghurt. Beat the mixture until it gets homogeneous.

- Let it chill and then put into the fridge for extra cooling and eat, if possible, the next day.

Bon profit!
