Más cerca de... Simplemente mi cocina (Closer to...

¡FELICIDADES!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi everyone!

This is the fourth consecutive saturday that I post another interview. This one is a blog that I like because the easiness to navigate on it and for the delicious recipes that are published. Everything is so well told that makes you addict!
I encourage you to know it a little bit more!

Real name or nickname: Beatriz Castañer Puga (Simplemente_Bea)
Occupation: Lawyer.
Age: 28.
Blog: Simplemente, mi cocina http://simplementemicocina.blogspot.com.es/

-Why did you start writing the blog? Tell us which blogs inspire you.
I began because a good friend who started one told me to do the same and the truth is that I love to share my recipes, the ones I learn, the tricks... I'm very excited when somebody tells me that tried a recipe and liked it... I get lots of satisfactions.

I get inspired by a lot of blogs, for example the one of my friend Ana Mª (Los Manjares de Ana María), La receta de la felicidad, Webos fritos, Velocidad Cuchara... a lot! At last I did a new section at my blog with all the blogs I follow but normally is not updated because I'm always finding new blogs ;)

-Why did you call your blog this way? Tell us briefly what it talks about.
After have been thinking about it I realized that I wanted to talk about what I use to do at the kitchen, what I like, what I got surprised for... so I realized that the perfect name was: Simplemente, mi cocina.
It talks about the recipes I make, the ones from the whole life and the ones I'm learning, I tell my tricks, what I like, what went wrong and wouldn't repeat, and I also take part in small culinary challenges that make me learn a lot and I really like them.

-Which cookbooks do you have and which one do you recommend us highly?
Well, I have got too many books, it's a confesable vice, I love them. I've got them in some languages because sometimes is impossible to find them translated.

I think the most important book is "1080 recetas de cocina", from Simone Ortega. For me is a basic and we can learn a lot with it.

-What do you prefer cooking, sweet or savory? Why?
I like both of them. I love sweet but I like cooking savory because is the base of real food. We can't live always from sweet though is prettier.
So there's no one of them I prefer to cook, what I like to do is to get into the kitchen and spend some time there, he he he!

-Do you have your favorite recipe posted at your blog? Could you tell us the link so that we can try it?
One of my favorite recipes are the butter cookies. I think it is because I was adapting the recipe as I liked it and I have made them since I was little so is a recipe that have been always with me. Now my friend make them as well and I love it, it makes it more special.

It's at my blog and with many variants of decoration, with icing, colours... they are ideal for any occasion and they are so yummy!
Here is the link, come back to tell me how did it go!

- For ending, which advice would you give to someone that wants to begin a blog but can't decide to do it?
Do it, because it makes you happy and the most important is to share what you do and at the end you'll get all your recipes in a file. Now I'm going to be a mother this things have more value for me because there will be a tomorrow when my daughter could take my recipes and that's fantastic.

For ending the interview I would like to say CONGRATULATIONS for your near maternity!
